What people usually ask us
Do I need a developer to get started?+
No. You can design the template and generate sheets by filling in a form from the dashboard. To automate it from your ERP or store, your system does need to call the API — it's a single HTTP request per sheet.
What does the free trial include?+
14 days with every feature, up to 200 sheets and 3 active templates. No card required. When it ends, you choose a plan to keep generating; anything you've set up stays exactly as it was.
What happens if I hit my monthly sheet limit?+
Generation pauses until the following month or until you upgrade, which applies immediately. Sheets you've already generated stay available, and requesting an identical sheet again doesn't use up your quota.
Do the links change if I regenerate a sheet?+
Every document has its own permanent link. On top of that, each product (your reference) has a fixed link that always serves the latest generated sheet — ideal for your website or for sharing with customers.
How long are sheets kept?+
For as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 more days if you cancel, so you can still download them.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes, whenever you like from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately (charged on a pro-rata basis) and downgrades take effect at renewal. The annual plan works out to 10 months' worth of payments.
How does billing work?+
By card, securely through Stripe. You get an invoice with VAT for every charge, downloadable from the dashboard.
